Rochak Sharma, 28, and his wife Jasmine Sharma, 27, who were absconding for the last several days, were arrested from Lodhi institutional area in south Delhi Saturday, police added.

"A city court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants against the couple in January this year and they were absconding since then. They collected Rs.65 lakh from as many as 112 students for providing degrees of Bachelor in Education and Master in Education from universities in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir," said a police officer.

According to police, the couple after taking money from people, would flee from the area and establish their office in some other part of the city.
